ITP Inspection Test Plans

When construction works fail Coastal Home and Building Inspections not only provide accurate defect reports but assist with rectification works by developing Inspection Test Plans. This type of plan assists in ensuring the repair process of defective works is completed using the correct materials, procedures and specifications to ensure the finished product meets NCC Building Requirements, Australian Standards & Product Manufactures Warranties. Inspection Test Plans have hold and sign off points at each stage to ensure the works are done correctly and don't proceed to the next stage without all parties consent. Currently we are working repairs for waterproofing and tiling on residential homes and units.
