Coastal Home & Building Inspections Sunshine Coast uses specialist thermal imaging equipment to detect variations in building elements / heat signatures that are not visible to the naked eye.

In this home the owner kept telling the builder there was a hot spot on the floor and the home had a high energy usage. When the builder was not convinced of the variation indicating nothing was evident in floor they called us in to confirm. Currently still under investigation by relative specialists and the builder.
