Consultation & Specialist Building Reports

High profile aluminium patio company built a large double carport using a handbook design written in 2013 and engineering specification from 2014. It was approved by their private certifier in 2017 which is highly illegal. Engineer who wrote the specification had no idea the company was using his documentation from three years ago.

After investigations, reports and consultation our advice given to the client resulted in a full refund from the builder and the structure was removed. Just as well considering the size of the foundations are 4 to 5 times smaller than they should be. So glad to see that our recent specialist building report got the right result for our client.
