Restricted Access

Building inspections to the Australian Standard have access restrictions in relation to height and safety.

In most cases this applies to roofs that are greater than 3 meters above the ground or are too steep to safely walk on. You can be left with areas where defects exist that are disclaimed or ommited from a standard building report.
