Termite Damage Exposed

This home has extensive termite damage to the end wall.

It was found during a pre purchase building and pest inspection for our client.

The owner of the home had no idea of the extent of damage as he had another company inspecting the home regularly and had his own pre purchase inspection when he bought the home 18 months eariler. Damage was evident in other areas of the property.
