This morning Coastal Home & Building Inspections went to a home for our client. The sales agent had passed on the owners Pest Report to our client identifying there was no evidence of termite activity or damage to the home. Unfortunately that was incorrect as our inspection found. If you are going to present your home to a buyer you need to be 100% sure it matches the information supplied in reports.

When reports are not accurate it leaves doubt in the buyers mind an has a adverse effect on the buyers decision to purchase.
